Cine Film Formats to file or DVD
There are three basic sizes of home cine film, Super/Standard (or Regular) 8mm, 9.5mm and 16mm. If you unroll a little of the leader of the film (the first few inches) you can measure what size the film is. The most common format is 8mm and we have been working with 8mm movies for well over 25 years.
